US Wages Growth Misses Forecasts
US average hourly earnings for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls increased by 7 cents, or 0.2 percent, to USD 28.29, after an upwardly revised 0.4 percent rise in October and missing market expectations of a 0.3 percent gain. Year-on-year, average hourly earnings have increased by 3.1 percent, easing from an upwardly revised 3.2 percent rise in the prior month but slightly above market expectations of a 3 percent gain. In November, average hourly earnings of private-sector production and nonsupervisory employees rose by 7 cents, or 0.3 percent, to USD 23.83.

US Wage Growth Rebounds in October
US average hourly earnings for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls rose by 6 cents, or 0.2 percent from the prior month to $28.18 in October 2019, after being unchanged in September and slightly below market expectations of 0.3 percent. Over the past 12 months, average hourly earnings have increased by 3.0 percent, accelerating from an upwardly revised 3 percent rise in the prior month and matching expectations. In October, average hourly earnings of private-sector production and nonsupervisory employees rose by 4 cents to $23.70.

US Wages Stop Growing For the First Time in 2 Years
US average hourly earnings for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls, at USD 28.09, were little changed (-1 cent), after rising by 11 cents in August. This is the first time since October 2017 that the wages did not grew. Over the past 12 months, average hourly earnings have increased by 2.9 percent, the least in more than a year and missing estimates. In September, average hourly earnings of private-sector production and nonsupervisory employees rose by 4 cents to USD 23.65.

US Wages Grow the Most in 6 Months
US average hourly earnings for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls rose by 11 cents or 0.4 percent month-over-month to $28.11 in August 2019, after increasing 0.3 percent in July and slightly above market expectations of a 0.3 percent gain. It was the largest rise in wages since February. Year-on-year, average hourly earnings dropped to 3.2 percent from 3.3 percent in the prior month. In August, average hourly earnings of private-sector production and nonsupervisory employees rose by 11 cents to $23.59.

Average hourly earnings for all employees on US private nonfarm payrolls rose by 8 cents, or 0.3 percent, to USD 27.98 in July 2019, following an upwardly revised 0.3 percent gain in June and slightly above market expectations of 0.2 percent. That left the annual increase in wages at 3.2 percent, up from a 3.1 percent rise in the prior month and slightly above market consensus of a 3.1 percent gain. In July, average hourly earnings of private-sector production and nonsupervisory employees rose by 4 cents, or 0.2 percent, to USD 23.46.

That left the annual increase in wages at 3.1 percent, the same pace as in a month earlier and below market expectations of a 3.2 percent rise. Average hourly earnings of private-sector production and nonsupervisory employees increased by 4 cents, or 0.2 percent, to USD 23.43 in June.
